Nokia 6700
Defective Handset

Dear Sir,

I have purchased NOKIA-6700 Handset from Venkateshwara Distributors Pvt Ltd, Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019 on 30.09.2009. Its bluetooth is not working & I have given it for repairs to Nokia Care, Micro Services, Kalkaji, New Delhi for repairs on 23.02.2010. Inspite of repeated reminders, they have not repaired it till today ie; 03 March.

Can never imagine that the newly purchased handset will have problems immediately after its purchase & to add to this is utter careless & rude attitude of the Nokia Care.

I request that the handset may please be replaced by a new one immediately.
