I have purchased the Nokia handset 6700 Slide on 31 May from Nokia priority gallery at Irla (Vile parle) Mumbai.

The edge of the handset is very sharp & on continuous listening/holding next to ear the ear gets sharp painful red line.

I visited to dealer/Nokia Shop on 19 June for replacement of the 20 day old handset but they denied for the same & said they would take that handset 2nd hand piece at Rs.6000/-(60%) replacement value.

I am disgusted about the service of a world class mobile manufacturer. kindly help to replace/exchange the handset as it is very painfull to use.

I want Nokia's complaint/service manager/head details to escalate this issue.
