Many times i compained about my nokia mobile software problem but doesn't solved by nokia care staff,

my mobile is new but so many problem in that mobile i think your mobile is defective,

so plese solve my problem and replece my mobile and give me new mobile, i attached my mobile bill and repair decoment with this mail.
