Nokia 7210
Stopped working suddenly

I had purchased a nokia 7210 phone last year... recently it stopped functioning... on showing it to th service center they said the phone had moisture in it and nothing cant b done... on the contrary the phone has never come in contact with any sort of moisture... and also being within the guarantee period it is the company's duty to look upon the problem rather than neglect it... never expected that from a company like nokia... i hope this complaint is attented to and necessary actions r taken as soon as possible failing which i have decide to knock the doors of the consumer court...
