New handset not working

Purchased Nokia 7210 (IEMI 356930032003467) from Manoj Mobile Store, 11/2 Pul Prehladpur, New Delhi on 19-10.

The handset stopped functioning from 01st July.

Problem: None of the keys are functional, except for power on key. The product is under warranty

Self is unable to locate service centre in Faridabad/ South Delhi.
