Nokia 7210c
Misbehave of Service Cente

Sir,

I have purchased a mobile model Nokia 7210c. The set has occurred power problems after some time, it was not switching on. So, I went to Nokia Service Center (Arora Communications) in my city. They deposited my set and issued Service Job Sheet (no. 284433527/091218/10) on 18 Dec. 2009 with NCC no. 284_433527. But after some time they said my set is out of warranty, while it was not true. They returned my set after so many rounds (in no of months) of Service Center while warranty of set was over.

Pls. look into the matter and do the needful.
