Problems with handset

I had purchased a Nokia 7210 supernova on 15th august and i have been facing problems with it eversince i bought it. Every two months eversince, the phone stops working. the screen goes blank immediately after startup.

Everytime i took it to the Nikia Care service centre, the persons there told me it is because of bluetooth and other viruses. So, i did not use any bluetooth or USB connection in the phone and still the same thing happened. I'm very sick and tired of going to the service centres again.
