Nokia 7310c Mobile
Proper Service not being provided since i purchased & now the Mobile is not getting reparied

I brought a Nokia 7310c mobile in October Since then after every 2-3 months i was visiting Nokia service center for technical problems (Repeat problem). Even the Nokia service center Engg told me that there is some issue with this Handset. now it almost 1.5 years and i have visited the Service center 5-6 times and even i have asked them to change the handset as the problem is occuring again and again but they were assuring me everytime that now this will not happen again. 1 week back again i have given my handset for repair (same issue), they took it and gave me a estimate of 1800/- INR (last time it was 1400/- INR). after a week... i.e. today i got a call that we can't repair it and pls collect your handset in th same condition. Now i again asked them to change my Hand set as i am having this issue since i brought this Phone and i have also raised this issue and requested them to change the Mobile set. But they are saying it out of warranty and they cannot help.
