Nokia 7610
Deduction of 1 Rs when Switch off my mobile

I have a nokia 7610. whenever i switch off my mobile and again restart, it causes to deduct the amount of one sms (according to sim).

i contacted to my sim service provider (Airtel).thay told that each time when you restart your phone, a message to 9371012616 is sent automatically and amount of one sms is dedected automatically.thay told that it is your mobile fault.

so please provide me appropriate solution.
