POOR SERVICE & not resolving problems

I have purchased nokia x6 (serial number : 352006045460400) last year, and i have found problems from first day of purchasing and i went nokia care for more than 15 times till date but nokia has not resolved problem and every time different problems occured.., i experienced worst service
