E-mails not configured on Nokia E63

I purchased Nokia E63 handset from Asmi Teleshopee at Pune (Contact No.s Harshad 9860028474, Shop 91 20 32603131) on 15th October 09.

I tried my best to set-up my e-mail account jsbarve@vsnl.net on the handset. I could set-up the same but i am unable to send e-mails from my vsnl account. I visited the shop the persoon claiming to be from Nokia (Name - Rohit Raut No. 9889925670) did tried his best but could not solve the problem.

When you visit Airtel ship they claim they have no clue about it and Nokia people (Although Rohit is trying to help) are not responding now.

What is the use of bbuying such handset if i cam see only incoming mails and unable to send outgoing mails?

I need somebody to help me else i need my money back.

If i do not get any resolution, i do not mind lodging a compliant in the court of law.
