HANDSET PROBLEM

I have bought a Nokia E 52 handset (351996043399223) on 11-10-10 from “Modern Times”, central road silchar with a payment of Rs.12100. After a few days it had some problems like battery problem and display problem. Both used to get hot while using & the battery back-up was very poor. I had to charge it every 2-3 hours. Than on 29-03-11 I returned back the handset to the shop mentioned earlier & he told that the set was sent to nokia service center. Then on 18-04-11 I got another set from the shop n he said thet as the nokia service center cannot repair it, so gave a replacement of (imei-355359048245165). The new set also has many problems like, its camera quality is very poor & the display also has some problems.
