Opened the mobile and decaring warranty void

Hello,

I purchased the Nokia N97 mobile in the month of August. Since January I started getting Touch screen hang issue. I went to M/x silk Teleservice, an authorized Nokia Care center. The "engineer" which i don't believe his technical skills, sent it to the Nokia heaquarters. After reciveing it I used it for a month and then suddenly one fine day, I started getting another problem. The battery showed full charge but as soon as i make call, the battery goes down and after sumtine switches off. Any high application is opened and the phone shuts off.

I went again to the same Nokia care center and he said, its a known issues and some software updates need to be updated. He updated and gave me back. After using copule of days, the same problem satrted again.

This time I went and intially he told me that he will chack again the software, but after sometime he came back with the opened mobile handset and showed that the usb port is water damaged and warranty is void.

I can not believe this. First of all who allowed him t open up the mobile handset and How the hell I can beleive this that it did not happen inside with his mistake.

Seeking a fair justice to get back my mobile handset, I am hereby submitting this complaint. Please advise as it is a quite expensive handset and the consumer should not suffer on the bain of unskilled technition.
