Not good service after sales

Sir,

i submit my mobile phone (e63) at cervice center for about 15 days.

i visit daily the center on their request. so i want to say i buy nokia phone because of the liability and my mind can change these very bad types of facilities. daily a man says today evening u can come and go with your mobile. i visited daily sir but i failed with your services.

And now my mobile also in guaranty period. sir please quickly solve not my problem, it is problem of many customers. but one thing you notice that next time i will not purchase nokia phones...
