I purchased nokia E72 sep 30 2010. day one mobile headset not working and replaced with new one, now when i insert this head set mobile handset gone off . than submitted in nokia care handset sent head office and returned now this problem solved . now when ever i keep phone in shirt pocket chest pain arises so i started to keep phone in belt pouch their both sides of belly gets pain.nokia care says no problem but problem is genuine. confused what to do
