Hi Team,
I purchased Nokia N900 handset on 5-Nov. In the Jan, the phone went bad after which I gave the phone for Nokia care. After a period of 20 days I got a replacement phone.
The replaced phone had minor glitches, which I decided to ignore. Again last month (August) the phone went bad again. I gave the phone to Nokia care on August 23. NCC: 305_465550. I received the phone back in 1st week of September. The repaired phone and new problems now. Hence I gave the phone once again on 8th Sep to Nokia care. Till date I am yet the receive my phone back.
I spent about Rupees 24, 000/- for this phone and have hardly got a chance to use this phone to satisfaction level. Along with this the response and service provided by Nokia is very very disheartening.
