Poor battery life and issues with new handset

Hi, I purchased NOKIA X2 in December and till date I have give it to Nokia customer care almost 6 times for repair and the problem has not been sorted out. I have writtn many mails to their customer care but of now use. We have a total of 62 emails exchanged so far.

Can I get any help to have it replaced?
