Duplicate Battery supplied by Hot spot store

I had purchased a new battery from Hotspot store in navi Mumbai in the month of Oct. The problems reappeared within 2 months of purchase. I approached the NOKIA service center at Navi Mumbai and was shocked to learn from the manager that the Battery was Duplicate (not a genuine Nokia product) and was advised to approach Hotspot store in navi Mumbai where the battery was purchased. Finally the store agreed to replace the faulty/Duplicate battery, but did not give a confirm date when I could get the replacement. After 10 days I approached the store today to learn that it could take some more time and that they cannot give any time frame for the same.

I would advice every body to think before buying any thing fm Hot spot.
