Mobile not working

I have bought Nokia C7-00, it has been repaired 7-8 times. but still problems continues.. what shall i do?? :(

summing the time... it has been with nokia care for almost 3-4 months... is it justified?? :X

I also sent a mail to nokiaindiadigitalmarketing@ovi.com but got no response. I am unable to use my handset for last 5 months. Please reply ASAP.
