Disappointed with service

Dear sir/madam

i beg to state that i am the nokia hand set user, i had given my m.n.6110 nokia faulty mobile with mic problem at NOKIA CARE BILASPUR CENTER but i was return same mobile after 15 days and with no improvement.

sir hereby i inform you that i am very disappointed at your handeling of things and my seet will be rectify soon and do needfull.
