Shuffiling button is not working

Sir i purchased a Nokia blue tooth on 24-09

with a serial No : 438151 199392.

while i try to go to next song, it is not working. only it worked on first day. from the day 2 onwords it is nor working.. i submitted it in "

" nokia care ". They replaced the old set with the new one. Still i am facing the same problem. kindly help me. if possible i request you to replace the blue tooth head set with the latest model . i am ready to pay the balance amount.'
