Nokia bh-503 Complaints & Reviews - not charging

I ordered on ncarry. Nimbuzz.Com a ideos company mobile with mrp of 4799 they offered with a free bluetooth headset of nokia bh-503, but they had send me a defected bluetooth headset which is not taking charging from the date of delivery!!! my order no 20426-0001. And my registered mobile no. Is 9968855628.I already complain about this to them and my complain no. Is j0205 .But after my complain they didnt respond even a single time..and every time I call them they give another 2 days to replace..and said that u r our valuable customer and ur complain is in high priority... pls wait for 2 days... I M requsting you to please help me in this regard ask them to replace my product as soon as possible... they frustrating me... no exact answer they are giving me.
