Hang Problum & Distorted Sound

Dear Nokia Team,

I purchased C1-02 (IMEI-354334/04/602800/2, Code-0597734) on 07/05 from NOKIA Store Lajpat Nagar Delhi & facing some problume in Handset. Like- Hang Problume, Distorted Sound (when playing Music in Loudspeaker Mode full Volume.), etc. Main thing is Handset hang when Connected from PC at OVI Mode & when using Mail. Kindely suggest what i do.
