Not working properly

My company purchased a nokia c1 phone for my official use in April. In December itself it showed some problems like switching off automatically. After 3days it completely switched off. I gave to nokia care at ernakulam and they said it is hardware problem after 15 days i got a new handset free of cost as the old one was in warranty period. Now that is in April phone is again showing samecomplaint. One day it became switched off due to not charging for 2 days but after batterycharging i lost all my contact details from the phone memory. I didnt see such useless phone before..
