Manfacturing defects in the panel of the mobile

Sir/madam

I have made online purchase of nokia c2-00 mobile through snapdeal .com (online shopping site) and after i received the mobile it consists of manufacturing defects in the panel such that there is a gap between the battery and back panel and it makes a noise regarding the operation and the front glass panel was elevated from the normal position looking akward so who should pay responsibility for this..please help for this
