NOKIA C2-02
Display problem

I purchased a new NOKIA C2-02 mobile phone on 12/09 from M.V SALES CORPORATION (SARRAFA BAZAR HAPUR, U.P. ) as gift for my wife the bill number is 1343 and IMEI number of the phone is 357005048234296 .. After three days of purchase on 15/09 their occured display problem in the phone. On visiting nokia care centre they told me that the problem will be resolved after a week. In this new and fast era what to do without a phone till seven days?? They denied the replacement of phone and we donot want any repairs in a brand new phone so we require an immediate replacement .. Please do the needful
