Nokia C2 03
Issue in the model and required replacement

I have taken cell of Nokia C2-03 on Nov after taking this mobile i am facing lots of problems in it. When i am clicking to anything, the phone is getting switch off or it is suddenly hanged up, the battry back up is also poor. When i took this to Shopkeeper and Customer care they told will format the software and again reloading software. Since few days on it is not switching on and getting heated. Then I stopped using from few days. Now the handset is completly dead. I asked to replace the set but no one is doing that, Nokia care centre people are saying to take new set from shopkeeper and the shopkeeper is saying to take it from Nokia service center. Now service center people are asking to give service charge to repair during garenty period with in one year period after taking. Please provide me the procedure to change the set and please take some action for the Nokia center people.
