REPLACEMENT OF SET

Hello Sir/Mam

I have taken cell of Nokia C2-03 on 29 sep, after taking this mobile i am facing lots of problems in it. When i am clicking to anything, the phone is getting switch off or it is suddenly hanged up, the battry back up is also of 7-8 hrs. When i took this to Shopkeeper and Customer care they were formatting the software and again reloading software and the dealer replaced battry with any other battry. I asked to replace the set but no one is doing that, Nokia care centre people are saying to take new set from shopkeeper and the shopkeeper is saying to take it from Nokia center. Please provide me the procedure to change the set and please take some action for the shopkeeper and Nokia center people.
