Malfunction of a new handset (6 days)

Hi, I am Rajashekar From Tumkur Dist in Karnataka, I am A Practicing Advocate in Karnataka High Court, I Have Recently Purchased a Nokia C2- 03 on 03-09 from a store in Tumkur City, but from the day of purchase I have noticed that the device (Nokia C2- 03 Handset) is not working properly, the phone hangs for a while every time I use the touch screen, in the menu if one option is selected in the touch screen other option is opening, if the contact list is scrolled on the touch screen it reaches from A – P in a single scroll, I am really Fed up with this malfunctioning device, as I had lot of Faith in Nokia I purchased a nokia Handset But I am really annoyed with this type of Carelessness from Nokia, I spoke to the Retailer multiple times, the response I got from him was to contact the Customer Care because he does not have any responsibility after sale. Pls treat this Mail as a notice, if not responded with in 7 Days from the Receipt of this mail, necessary legal action will be initiated thru the Consumer Court.
