Dear Sir,

I have purchased a brand new Nokia handset on 02.05.2012. After a single day its FM/ Radio, Bluetooth is not working, i have given my handset to Nokia Care in Pune (Shree Communication, Nal Stop Pune). They kept my phone for three days and after that give it to me and told that its ok now but its not working again.

Please do the corrective action.
