We are very much shocked to bring your knowledge that Nokia C3-01 which we purchased in July has not working and when we contract your dealer from where we have purchased this handset, he said that the batch of that period was of sensor working diffect and it will be cure though company from Dehli. We asked the dealer to kindly replace this handset instead of repair. If the touch screen fault is not working properly than you change this handset with any other better handset near to the same value and we will pay the differance if any. We again request you to maitain the dignity of the Nokia Company and its products.
