Product malfunction

Sir,

this is tharun from chennai and i ve purchased a nokia c3-01 of imei no. 356268042901143handset last month and since den i ve been xperiencing a lot of probs in the categories of battery backup, and the phne get switched off many a time in a day... i think derr is a software problem with the phne... bt derr r even further prob with my handset in particular .. hoping for a speedy response...
