TOUTCH PAD PROBLEM

Dear Sir

I brought One NOKIA C301 Phone on 24.07.2011

IMEI NO 357019048069194 wth in two month from date of purchse touch pad problem. nokia care re-place the touch pad. But Now also same problem. Within six months two times this problem.

What is permanent solution for this? My friend mobile also same problem this model. I think this model some problem.

Kindly confirm what is your suggestion for this issue
