Manufacturing Defect / Repair Chargeable to Custome

Sir,

I have purchased a NOKIA E 51 handset in HUBLI on 25.03.09 bearing IMEI No: 358997016477817.

Further the handset gets hanged up most often and the earpiece volume is also very low, i had my handset repaired at NOKIA Service centre in HUBLI on 02.10.09 and again the same problem occured today i.e 17.12.09 when i visited the centre for repair i was shocked to hear the board is bend and i will be charged for repair inspite of the handset being in warranty. the handset has no physical damage and the warranty is very much valid.

hence i kindly request you to look into the matter and arrange for replacement of the handset at the earliest.
