Horrible service

I purchased a Nokia E71 mobile but after few months it developed a problem which shows sim card registration failed and insert sim card the same sim is working in other handset. I gave my set to nokia care on 3rd december and it was returned to me after 13 days, there was no relief the same problem of insert sim continued they have no answers and they keep on delaying the set has been deposited to nokia care the next day ie on 16.12.2009 IMEI NO 35420803462301.If this matter can be reffered to any senior executive in nokia as the call centers people are helpless.

I am really frustrated with the pathetic service of Nokia
