Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to urgent notice that I have brought NOKIA N73 on 04/09 from VODAFONE STORE bearing the IMEI No- 355718029445036. But after using some days, the handsfree that is headphone is disturbing, sound problem and one side ear's sound use to remain silent.

And another problem is Battery charging backup. To be full charged this particular mobile is taking near about 3hrs-4hrs. After full charging if some more calls will be there then the charge use to go down drastically.

I am a NOKIA user from last 10 years, before I had- 6600, N70 (M), 6030, Engage QD, but never such battery problem I faced. Its a costly handset, normally those problem must not be there.

My battery no- BP-6M, 06705054620400177E20104113.

I want the replacement both of my handsfree and battery.

So what I have to do just put a response.
