Regarding faulty mobile handset

Dear Sir,

This is complaint against Nokia mobile handset manufacturer. I have a mobile of N73 edition which is not properly working.

The i purchased the N73 mobile on 16-November with warranty of 1 year. The phone wasn't working fine but still i tolerated same mobile with some software updatation. Later till the warranty expired i formatted the mobile software near about 9-10 times. then also same problem continued after warranty expired. i want replace of the same mobile handset or my problem to be fixed permanantly.

I have been wasting my valuable time in unnecessary updation of software and all the time loosing my important data while updating. also the staff at the nokia care center is not cooperative at Dombivli (East), Dist-Thane, PIN- 421201 branch.

I request you to please do the needful, kindly help me in resolving this issue.
