Mobile phone is not working

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is inform you about that I have purchased a mobile handset from nokia 09-11.It comes to hung mode while using for one minutes. Since now it has been sent to service centre around four times. This affected my studies, i need appear 12th board exam this year. It is not working properply while using the handset. No permanent resolution provided by the Nokia service centre. Details are as follows.

Symtoms identified by service centre are Power: phone locks up, not responding.
