Operamini not working

Dear sir

I Dr Nawaz purchase a mobile nokia 6303 classic recently. When I am trying to install operamini a message coming that failed to connect to internet kindly contact your service provider & when I contact the service provider for settings there is a message coming that your phone's information is not persent in our database. In this situation kindly suggest me what should I do?
