REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR OF PHONE

Hello

I have got a Nokia handset and by mistake it fell out of my pocket and it stopped working. It is still in waranty period. When i went to the store, they said it is a water damage! n i know there was no water in my room where the phone fell. They are lying to me and are not replacing my phone. I asked them to repair it if they cannot replace and they said a clear "NO". Please help me, i am fed up with NOKIA!
