Replacement of battery

I Rachit Suri purchased a battery BP 5M from Mobile Connect S.C.O 2901-02 Sector 22-C chandigarh on 13th Nov. 2009. battery number 3932138364110469625/0670509. This battery was not working properly. I asked them to replace it. On 28th Nov They deposited my battery and told me to come after 15 days. On 11th dec they gave me the new battery. Battery number 4620136446310417990/0670509. That battery is also not working properly. Next day on 12th dec i again went to them to change it. They told me Sir please try to use it. Because we are not having new in stock. Or come after few days if you want new. As i am having exam so i was not able to go to them. So on 31st dec i again went to them and asked them to change. They again deposited my battery. They told me to come after one week. When i went after one week they said me to come after 3-4 days. When today i went to them they said come after one week. Now you tell what sholud i do.
