Handset not return in proper condition

My nokia 5130c had stopped working so i had given it to nokia care centre at borivali west mumbai on 27th jan in proper condition not in any broken condition . they said water had gone in my handset nothing more no broken handset or anything like that was told. but when i got my phone return back after a week the handset was broken from side. when i brought it to notice to the concern person i was said that it was broken when i had given it . even in the bill it not mentioned properly the handset was broken.
