Model E-75-1 is worst product

I Purchased Nokia's Prestigious E-75-1 Mobile phone for 23K in the month of Jul 09. The IMEA no. is 356855021819047.

Within few weeks the phone, started giving problems (Last row of the key pad not working, some features are permanently on despite trying to disable it. When I showed to the Nokia Care (Sector – 14 Gurgaon); they first tried to sell me extended warranty cover for 01 yr more for Rs 1400/- which I refused. Then they flatly refused to give any warranty saying that has water mark inside so it is out of warranty.

This says volumes of bad quality of handset now a days nokia launches in market. Even if water has gone inside then it must be normal sweat during the taking through tel. My question is:-

1. Do Nokia expects customer to talk over phone while keeping surgical gloves on?

2. How come normal sweat enters inside the phone. It means the sealing is very poor?

3. Earlier Nokia’s handsets were really robust (about 05 yrs back)... However, recent exp is really bad. This is my second exp with Nokia handset in last 02 yrs, where high end phone gets faulty quickly, during normal use.

4. Service centers are always too happy to cheat and point out fine prints of agreement to refuse any warranty cover. However, they would become friendly only when you agree to cough up additional sum of money.

5. I tried to call Nokia Care without any success. The online survey which occurs at the end of call is also fake, as it done not register caller opinion as soon as it senses that caller will not recommend Nokia’s phone to any one. It means the customer feed back is also doctored and real picture (of bad quality) is not reaching to the decision makers.

Very bad product & very poor quality stuff. I would never ever go again for shoddy handsets you produce now a day (especially high end).

I hope some one from product team looks into it and take some corrective action to bring back the prestige of Nokia Phone which was enjoyed by it once.

Is there any hope to get my phone repaired??
