Not repaired handset properly

My handset is Nokia 5800 Xpress Music. I had given two times for the repairing in Nokia care center Ghatkopar East, for the repairing of my camera handset, picture is very blurred. I had submitted them to twice in the month of January, but they return as it is, camera quality is not improved. Please suggest what to do?
