Regarding Nokia Care at Kalkaji

Ma'am/Sir,

With due respect, I am not happy with the services of Nokia care, B-30, Kalkaji.. I brought my phone Nokia N81 last year on 22.03.2009 from Nokia Priority dealer at CR park. Its IMEI no. is 351935030837266. But since then it is troubling me alot. Whenever i go to Nokia care they take atleast 1 month to repair my phone. Few days ago the front panel of my phone came out on its own.. I went to Nokia care at kalkaji but they didnt help me in any way. They are saying that u only dropped your phone down so it cannot be repaired. Its ridiculous because i didnt do anything. Though my phone is still in warranty but they are saying that they are goin to charge me if i repair the panel of the phone. They were really rude and didnt assist me in any way..

Kindly help me asap because my phone warranty expires on 22.03.2010.. I will b highly obliged to u all.
