Ad product with poor service

I purchased a handst nokia 5800 on 21 dec

then after two months its battery was giving poor infact very poor backup...

i submitted it to nokia care for the change of the battery on 24 feb

they returned me the handset afer a long perod on 8 march

saying thth ur set is now perfect...

and said tht we have changed ur batytery which was big lie...

pooor serivice then again I submitted my cel and .. they changed the battery but again iam facing same problem….

Iam sorry I am not interested in the cell anymore

I want my money back

Or else I will complain it to consumer forum… we pay so much to get such bad results..

trust me the day i started using mobile i was always nokia loyal but this time ur handset and infact over alll ur serive hass really made me ashamed

the problemm is still ther e poor backupp... not even an hourr...
