Attery problem

We bought a nokia mob set with model no 7210c supernova on 18 oct. Now we are facing a problem regarding its battery, its not getting charged at all. We took it to the nokia care center

we were told that set cannot be repaired and we were also charged a sum of 110 rs for handling charge.

We were not given any logical and satisfactorily solution for the problem. We will be thankful if the case is taken seriously and we get a useful solution. We will really appreciate if we can be provided with nokia center address and the contact no where we can lodge the further complain.
