Poor Product Quality and Service

Hi,

i had bought a Nokia N86 *MP phone in August last year. The phone had problems from the very beginning. I gave it for servicing to a nearby Nokia Care center. They serviced it and the phone was in a even worse state. They jammed a button and the battery drained in few minutes (Many times). I then logged an online complain to the Nokia portal, there they asked me to go to the service center again. I did that and gave my phone. This time too the phone was in a bad condition with scratches and software related problems. I mailed them again and told them the difficulty i was facing with the phone and the un-skilled nature of their technicians. I asked them to replace my handset. They blindly replied by asking me to give the phone again to the service center. I even mentioned that i would lodge a consumer Complaint but they paid no heed to it and asked me to give it again to the Service center. Now i gave the phone again to the Service center and this time my Camera is not Working!!! So, for 25k, this is the service i get and the phone stays with the service center for half of the time. Please help me...!!
