hello

i had purchased nokia e 71 grey steel mobile on 22 jan coz of some minor problem, i had given it to nokia care centre on 30th jan till then i had faced many problems they are continue with dirty excusess and i have not yet get my mobile back

it already took about 3 months..i have also registered my complaint to nokia care, banglore 20 days back even today when i called to ask they said they don't have updates and call latter

please help me
