Phone undelivered on time and rudeness by the executive

I had given my phone on the 24th of march to the nokia care centre (B-100A, south city 1, near signature tower, gurgaon). there was a liquid damage on it. my fonez (N97 mini) touch was to be replaced and the attendant told me tha you will get the phone on the 2nd of april without delay. today (2nd april) i called the centre and very rudely the attendant told me that the phone is still not fixed as the touch is not available in the company and on being asked for the next date by me he told me that he could not give me a further date. all this is causing me a lot of problem. i called the nokia call centre also and my complaint no. is 1-10921442689
